ReplyDeleteI didn't know anything about Fury Road, but this scene definitely brought some intensity and had me at the edge of my seat! Your explanation of the makeup definitely opened my eyes to the effect it can have on a scene and character. I would never have thought of body chalk, but it highlights contrast and balance. With high temperatures makeup can be messy, but this cast pulled it off and made the scene so realistic. Great choice for critique!
